I've built several sheds -always used a slab
I never liked the pre-built sheds with wooden floors - the space between the floor and the ground is a haven for rodents and vermin.
Check your local codes - below a specified square footage you don't need a frost protected foundation (although you would want to build on well drained soil).
I usually did a 6 inch slab with some wire or bar reinforcing. There are concrete services that have on-site mixers so you only pay for what you use instead of a minimum ready-mix truck load. I lay one course of 6" wide concrete block around the perimeter of the slab (except at doorway) and anchor the sill to the concrete block (with J-bolts set in mortar filled cores in the block).
